Veea Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, VeeaSystems Inc., has entered into a notable Supply Agreement with Telcel, a leading Mexican wireless telecommunications company. Effective August 7, 2025, this agreement follows an extensive certification and homologation process, alongside successful trials of VeeaSystems's VeeaHub STAXÒ-5G product with Telcel's enterprise customers. The agreement outlines the provision of a Platform-as-a-Service solution featuring 5G-based Fixed Wireless Access through the VeeaHub STAXÒ-5G device. This device integrates 4G and 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, IoT gateway, storage, and Linux server capabilities, offering AI-driven cybersecurity services and managed connectivity. Both parties will collaborate on marketing strategies to promote VeeaSystems's services to Telcel's customers in Mexico. The agreement has an initial term of three years, with automatic renewals for additional one-year terms unless either party opts out with 90 days' notice.
