DongFeng Automobile's (SHA:600006) controlling shareholder, Dongfeng Motor (HKG:0489), suspended trading on Monday, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The matters related to its trading suspension will not have a significant impact on the company's normal production and business operations, the Chinese automobile company said.
DongFeng Automobile's shares slipped over 1% during midday trade.
