0726 GMT - Bank Rakyat Indonesia's 2Q results show early signs of stabilization in asset quality and funding costs, UOB Kay Hian's Posmarito Pakpahan says in a report. Its loan-at-risk ratio of bank-only assets has plateaued at 11% with restructured loans flat at 6.4% of total loans, the analyst says. Also, its current account and savings account ratio rose to 65.5% in June, contributing to more manageable cost of funding in 2Q. UOB Kay Hian maintains the stock's buy rating. However, the brokerage lowers the target price to IDR4,250.00 from IDR4,500.00 to reflect a lower return-on-equity assumption. Shares are 2.2% higher at IDR3,780.00. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
