Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) affiliate, Huatai International Finance, issued medium-term bonds amounting to 1.07 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese securities company's shares rose less than 1% during Monday's midday trade.
The bonds were issued in three tranches on Aug. 8, each with a principal amount of $50 million.
The proceeds from the issuance will be mainly used to fund business development and supplement general working capital, the filing said.
