Uniti Group has a major shareholder in Elliott Investment Management, who reported a roughly 28% stake in the company on Friday. Shares rise 5.4%, to $6.69, in after-hours trading Friday.

Westlake raised its quarterly dividend by about 1%, to 53 cents a share. Shares tick up 2%, to $80.58, after the bell.

Outdoor Holding narrowed its loss in its latest quarter. Shares rise 3.5%, to $1.18, after hours.
