IODM (ASX:IOD) achieved the revenue threshold necessary to increase the monthly minimum payment from 75,000 pounds sterling to 100,000 pounds sterling, under its exclusive revenue share agreements conducted with Convera regarding the UK and EU regions, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

In July, organic growth from existing educational institutions and revenue from new educational institutions onboarding collectively led to a 242% increase, or AU$177,000, on the previous corresponding period.

The guaranteed minimum threshold increase is effective from August.
