C.banner International (HKG:1028) said it expects to swing to a loss for the first half of 2025, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.

Shares of the clothes retailer fell nearly 6% in recent Monday trade.

The company expects to post 140 million yuan to 145 million yuan in attributable loss for the six months ended June 30, compared with a profit of 52.4 million yuan in the year-ago period.

C.banner's financial results are due by the end of August.
