Hopson Development (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of nearly 1.12 billion yuan in July, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of the total, property and decoration contracted sales stood at around 894 million yuan and 225 million yuan, respectively.

From January to July, contracted sales reached 9.05 billion yuan, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 320,542 square meters and an average selling price of 25,330 yuan per square meter.

Of this, property contracted sales reached 8.12 billion yuan, while decoration contracted sales stood at 928 million yuan.
