Platt Nera International (HKG:1949) disposed of shares in CLP (HKG:0002) and The Hong Kong and China Gas of Towngas (HKG:0003) on Aug. 8, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the IT services provider were up 54% in Monday afternoon trading.

The firm sold 159,000 and 1.3 million shares in CLP and Towngas, respectively, for HK$10.6 million and HK$9.1 million.
