** Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT CQE.AX rises as much as 7.5% to A$3.31, highest since February 20, 2023

** Stock last up 5.4%; set for best session since February 11

** Social infra-focused real estate investment trust reports FY revenue of A$118.4 mln ($77 mln), above IBES forecast of A$117.2 mln

** Logs turnaround to attributable profit from ordinary activities after tax of A$71 mln vs loss of A$19.6 mln pcp

** YTD CQE gains 26.1%
