Mantle Minerals (ASX:MTL) received AU$13.5 million from the sale of its Mt Roe Mining unit to Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST), according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Proceeds will be used to fund exploration at the company's Yule River project in Western Australia, the filing said.
