The Federal Court of Australia ordered Energy Action (ASX:EAX) to pay former employee John Hyland Cropper AU$130,698 plus interest, according to a Thursday statement by the Court.

The ruling follows an earlier judgment in June that found Cropper was a permanent employee from January 2006 until his termination in 2020 and had not been paid certain entitlements under the Fair Work Act.
