Guangzhou R&F Properties (HKG:2777) recorded contracted sales of around 1.03 billion yuan in July, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property firm's gross floor area (GFA) for the month stood at approximately 84,800 square meters.

From January to July, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 8.33 billion yuan and 838,300 square meters, respectively.
