Willas-Array Electronics (HKG:0854, SGX:BDR) reported HK$20.7 million in attributable profit for the half ended June 30, compared with a loss of HK$78.6 million in the year-ago period, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Earnings per share were HK$0.2363, compared with a loss of HK$0.8964
Revenue fell 2% year-on-year to HK$1.16 billion, figures showed.
Meanwhile, the company proposed raising the annual cap on its master supply framework agreement with controlling shareholder Shanghai YCT to meet demand for its products.
The company proposed raising the annual cap under the agreement to HK$7.5 million from HK$3 million for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31.
