Innoviz Technologies Ltd. announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, reporting revenues of $9.7 million, a significant increase from $6.7 million in the same quarter of 2024. This growth in revenue stems from a combination of Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) services and sales of LiDAR units. Operating expenses for the quarter decreased by 20% to $18.5 million, down from $23.3 million in Q2 2024, with $2.3 million attributed to share-based compensation compared to $3.8 million in the previous year. As of June 30, 2025, Innoviz had liquidity of approximately $79.4 million, which includes cash and cash equivalents, short-term deposits, marketable securities, and short-term restricted cash. The company reiterated its full-year 2025 revenue targets of $50-$60 million, aiming for more than double the 2024 levels, along with 1-3 new program wins. Innoviz also raised its 2025 NRE bookings target to $30-$60 million, having already booked over $20 million year to date. The company highlighted a development agreement with a top 5 passenger automotive OEM to modify its InnovizTwo LiDAR for the OEM's level 3 global production vehicle program, set for production start in 2027. Innoviz also introduced the InnovizSMART, expanding its auto-grade LiDAR to industrial applications, and announced collaborations and integrations with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin ecosystem.
