Lachlan Star (ASX:LSA) said assays from its air core and reverse circulation drilling program at the Killaloe gold project in Western Australia further extended and strengthened the gold mineralized zones identified through reconnaissance drilling, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered an intercept of four meters at 0.43 grams-per-tonne grade of gold from 20 meters.
The firm is preparing a program of deeper reverse circulation and diamond drilling to test the high-grade areas of the Duke and Duchess prospects, along with reconnaissance drilling across the broader project.
