- Tinder-parent Match Group MTCH.O has agreed to pay $14 million to the Federal Trade Commission to resolve a 2019 complaint involving deceptive practices.

- Spirit Airlines FLYY.A has warned of going-concern doubts, just months after emerging from bankruptcy as weak domestic demand and dwindling cash reserves strain its operations.

- U.S. President Donald Trump hit out at Goldman Sachs GS.N CEO David Solomon, saying the bank had been wrong to predict U.S. tariffs would hurt the economy and questioned whether Solomon should lead the Wall Street institution.

- Online comics platform Webtoon Entertainment WBTN.O has reached a deal to put Disney's DIS.N iconic comic brands on its platform.
