$Vornado Realty Trust(VNO-N)$ (VNO) said Tuesday it closed a $120 million refinancing of 4 Union Square South, a 204,000-square-foot retail property in Manhattan.
The 10-year loan bears an interest rate of 5.64%, according to a statement.
The debt replaces a $120 million loan, which was scheduled to mature this month, the company added.
