Amcor plc has announced its fiscal 2025 fourth-quarter and full-year results, highlighting significant growth following the acquisition of Berry Global Group, Inc. The acquisition closed on April 30, 2025, contributing to a 43% increase in fourth-quarter net sales to $5.082 billion, excluding currency impacts. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, net sales reached $15.009 billion, marking an 11% increase on a constant currency basis. The company reported a GAAP net loss of $39 million for the fourth quarter, impacted by acquisition-related costs. However, for the full fiscal year, Amcor achieved a GAAP net income of $511 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter rose by 43% to $789 million, and adjusted EBIT increased by 34% to $611 million, both excluding currency impacts. The full-year adjusted EBITDA was $2.186 billion, up 13%, and adjusted EBIT was $1.723 billion, up 12% on the same basis.
