CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) filed for the listing of SG$300 million worth of fixed-rate subordinated green perpetual bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Aug. 18, the filing added.

Shares of the REIT were down over 1% in Friday trading.
