Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation (HKG:0840) expects a net loss of 15.5 million yuan in the first half of 2025, compared with a net profit of 13.9 million yuan a year prior, a late Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the agricultural services provider were down over 2% in Tuesday afternoon trading.

The firm attributed the forecast to a significant decline in the overall gross profit margins of construction projects and product sales.
