AMTD IDEA Group has announced that its subsidiaries, AMTD Digital Inc. and The Generation Essentials Group $(TGE)$, have entered into voluntary lock-up agreements. This means that all executive directors and core management of these subsidiaries have committed not to sell any of their holdings in AMTD Digital and TGE on the open market for two years. This move is seen as a strong endorsement of the long-term strategy and growth potential of these entities. Furthermore, AMTD Group and its subsidiaries have extended their lock-up commitment in respect of TGE for three years following its business combination with Black Spade Acquisition II Co.
