Universal Biosensors (ASX:UBI) appointed David Hardy, James Dampney, and Emily Seeckts of KPMG as joint and several voluntary administrators of the company and its units, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The administrators will start to access the recapitalization and sale process for the group, the filing said.
The first statutory meeting of the company's creditors is expected on Aug. 29, the filing added.
