** Shares of Australia's Centuria Capital CNI.AX rise as much as 5.9% to A$2.070, their highest level since October 2

** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct gain since April 10, among top performers on the ASX 200 benchmark .AXJO

** Specialist investment manager reports FY operating NPAT of A$100.8 mln ($65.45 mln), compared with A$94.7 mln in prvs year

** Estimates FY26 operating earnings per share of 13.4 Australian cents per share, compared with 12.2 cents in FY25

** Declares annual distribution per share of 10.4 Australian cents, 4% higher than FY24

** Stock last up 3.6%, bringing YTD gains to 14.1%
