ARKO (ARKO) said Monday its Chief Financial Officer Robb Giammatteo will be stepping down from his role to pursue a new opportunity.

Giammatteo will remain in the CFO position until October 10 to manage ongoing responsibilities and oversee transition, the convenience store operator added.
