- The Trump administration has discussed taking a 10% stake in Intel INTC.O as part of a government-backed effort to revive the troubled U.S. chipmaker.

- Right-wing cable channel Newsmax NMAX.N has agreed to pay $67 million to settle a libel lawsuit that Dominion Voting Systems had brought against the channel.

- MSNBC is changing its name to My Source News Opinion World, or MS NOW for short, as part of a corporate spinoff from Comcast CCZ.N.

- Soho House SHCO.N, which is based in London, agreed to sell itself to a group of investors at a valuation of $2.7 billion, including debt.
