T1 Energy maintains its 2025 EBITDA guidance of $25 - $50 million, with forecast risks skewing towards the downside due to factors such as shifts towards merchant sales agreements in the second half of 2025, uncertainties related to implementation of tariffs, supply chain impacts, and customer backlogs. There are no changes to T1's projected $650 - $700 million annual run-rate EBITDA estimate based on optimized production at its facilities in Dallas and Austin. In a significant business update, T1 announced a transformative agreement with Corning Incorporated to purchase solar wafers produced in Michigan, advancing its domestic solar supply chain and positioning the company as a leading supplier of American solar modules amid rising demand.
