AMTD Group and unit Generation Essentials (TGE) said Wednesday they recently obtained court decisions protecting the group's intellectual property.

They obtained an injunction from Austria's Vienna Commercial Court in late July against a company that has been improperly using the "lofficielaustria" and "L'Officiel Austria" brands and publishing a "L'OFFICIEL Austria" magazine, the companies said.

They added that they also obtained a related decision from the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre canceling a domain name that has been selling the "L'OFFICIEL Austria" publication.

Generation Essentials is jointly established by AMTD Group, AMTD IDEA Group (AMTD) and AMTD Digital (HKD).
