Baidu (HKG:9888) recorded a 33% rise in attributable net income in the second quarter of 2025 to 7.32 billion yuan from 5.49 billion yuan in the year-ago period, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Earnings per share were 2.54 yuan in the three months, up from 1.88 yuan in the corresponding period of the last year.
The tech giant's revenue fell 4% to 32.7 billion yuan from 33.9 billion yuan in the year-ago period.
In the first half of 2025, attributable net income jumped to 15 billion yuan, or 5.24 yuan per share, with revenue slipping slightly to 65.2 billion yuan.
