Southern Score Builder's (KLSE:SSB8) 51% owned subsidiary, SJEE Engineering, secured a letter of award from Sunway Construction (KLSE:SUNCON) to undertake a subcontract project worth around 19.3 million ringgit, according to a Monday filing with the Malaysian Exchange.

Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in Tuesday trading.

Meanwhile, shares of Sunway Construction were up over 6% in Tuesday trading.

The subcontract comprises supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, telco and security underground infra works.

The project is expected to complete on Dec. 31.
