Goldman Sachs (GS), Morgan Stanley (MS), and JPMorgan (JPM) are among investment banks that have been retained by Klook for a potential initial public offering in the US, Reuters reported Sunday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.
Klook, a Hong Kong-based travel booking services company, is looking to raise approximately $500 million through the offer, the report added.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Klook didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
