** Shares of Vicinity Centres VCX.AX rise 2.4% to A$2.60, hitting their highest level since February 11, 2020

** Stock of real estate investment firm on track for best day since June 11, if current gains hold

** Co's FY statutory net profit after tax rises to A$1.0 billion ($644.90 million) from A$547.1 million a year earlier

** Co announces final distribution of 6.05 Australian cents per share, higher than the 5.90 AU cents per share in prvs year

** Sees FY26 FFO per security of between 15.0 to 15.2 AU cents, higher than 14.8 AU cents in FY25

** Stock up ~23% this year, including the day's move
