Soho House $(SHCO)$: Investors led by one of the U.S.'s biggest hotel owners are nearing a deal to take Soho House private, The Wall Street Journal reported. Shares in the members' club operator rose 13% in premarket trading.
UnitedHealth $(UNH)$: Shares gained 3% premarket, after leaping Friday following Berkshire Hathaway $(BRK.B)$'s disclosure that it had taken a stake in the embattled health insurer.
Grand Canyon Education $(LOPE)$: The Federal Trade Commission dismissed a Biden-era complaint that accused the education company of falsely claiming to be a nonprofit.
Palo Alto Networks (PANW): The cybersecurity company is set to publish quarterly results after the market close. It recently agreed to buy CyberArk Software $(CYBR)$ for $25 billion.
