Dongfeng Motor Group (HKG:0489) is selling its 50% stake in Dongfeng Honda Engine Company, according to a filing on the Guangdong United Assets and Equity Exchange on Monday.

A reserve price has not been set yet, while the listing deadline is Sept. 12.

Dongfeng Honda Engine had assets of 5.4 billion yuan last year, with a loss of 227.8 million yuan and debts totaling 3.3 billion yuan, according to audited results included in the listing document.

The factory employs 827 workers, the filing showed.
