0201 GMT - Copper edges higher in early Asian trading. A weak U.S. dollar has investor appetite, ANZ research analysts say in a note. The premium for U.S. metals are pushing higher amid ongoing tariff concerns, they add. Investors are closely watching the Jackson Hole symposium--particularly Fed Chair Powell's speech slated for Friday. The three-month LME copper contract is 0.1% higher at $9726.50 a ton.
