BrainChip Holdings (ASX: BRN) reported a fiscal first-half loss of $0.0045 per share, compared with $0.006 a year earlier. Revenue for the six months ended June 30 was $1 million, jumping from $106,693 a year earlier.
The consumer staples sector fell almost 2%, after Inghams Group (ASX:ING) plunged almost 20%, after its earnings and revenue fell year-over-year in fiscal 2025.
Inghams reported fiscal year 2025 earnings of AU$0.24 per share, down from AU$0.272 a year earlier. Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$3.15 billion, down from AU$3.26 billion a year earlier.
