Greentown Service Group (HKG:2869) recorded a rise in attributable profit in the first half of 2025 to 612.8 million yuan from 504.7 million yuan in the year-ago period, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The residential property manager's earnings per share from continuing operations were 0.195 yuan in the half year, up from 0.158 yuan in the corresponding period of the last year.

Revenue from continuing operations rose 6.1% to 9.29 billion yuan in the interim period from 8.75 billion yuan a year prior.

The comparative information for the previous period is restated due to discontinued operations.

The higher profit was mainly due to expansion of the firm's operation scale and an improved operation and management efficiency.
