Frontier Services Group (HKG:0500) subsidiary Phoenix Aviation agreed to sell a Cessna C560 Excel business jet to Roundle Aviation for $2 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The sale will help the company raise funds for the technical upgrade and maintenance of other aircraft.

Frontier's stock ended almost 2% lower on Thursday.
