Elate (HKG:0076) expects an attributable loss of $15 million in the first half of 2025, compared with an attributable profit of $27.7 million yuan a year prior, a late Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the electronic parts manufacturer were down 7% in Tuesday afternoon trading.

The firm attributed the expected loss to the recognition of a net unrealized loss on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss.
