Tibet Water Resources Ltd. has announced its unaudited consolidated interim results for the first half of 2025. The company reported a significant increase in revenue, which rose by 21.4% to RMB168.5 million compared to RMB138.8 million in the same period of 2024. The adjusted EBITDA also increased by 21.1%, reaching RMB52.1 million, up from RMB43.0 million in the previous year. Profit attributable to the owners of the company saw a remarkable increase of 300.5%, rising to RMB36.2 million from RMB9.0 million in the first half of 2024. Earnings per share also increased significantly by 276.2% to RMB0.79 cents, up from RMB0.21 cents in the previous year. The water business segment experienced a substantial revenue growth of 117.6%, reaching RMB118 million. Conversely, the beer business segment saw a decline in revenue of 39.9%, amounting to RMB50 million, attributed to a drop in sales volume by 29.5% year-on-year. In terms of financial operations, the Group successfully completed two convertible bond issues, providing strong support for stabilizing business operations. The Group's management remains focused on enhancing customer experience and maximizing shareholder returns.
