Fluence (ASX:FLC) said that Managing Director and Chief Executive Tom Pokorsky will step down following a transition period, with Chief Financial Officer Benjamin Fash to take over the role on or before Dec. 30, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Pokorsky will retire but continue with the company in an advisory capacity, while a search for a new chief financial officer is already underway, the filing said.
