Brilliance China Automotive (HKG:1114) booked an attributable profit of 1.70 billion yuan in the first half of 2025, up from 1.47 billion yuan a year earlier, according to an Aug. 22 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the BMW vehicle manufacturer and seller gained nearly 11% in Monday afternoon trade.
Earnings per share came in at 0.33723 yuan, compared with 0.29201 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue rose to 561.7 million yuan from 518.0 million yuan.
The board declared a dividend of HK$0.8 per share, payable on Sept. 26 to shareholders of record on Sept. 9.
