EuroEyes International Eye Clinic's (HKG:1846) chief financial officer and executive director, Markus Braun, has resigned, effective Sept. 14, due to his career development plan, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The eye clinic operator redesignated Marcus Huascar Bracklo as an executive director from a non-executive director and appointed him as the new CFO, effective from the same date.
