Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.30.
Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$2.21 billion, compared with AU$2.02 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$2.19 billion.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.095 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable Oct. 21 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 16.
