Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) reported Tuesday fiscal 2025 earnings of AU$0.311 per security, compared with AU$0.034 a year earlier.
Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$517.7 million, compared with AU$472.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected sales of AU$487.8 million.
The company said it expects to increase its asset base by accelerating development and investment in densification to deliver targeted returns in fiscal year 2026.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.044 per share, down from AU$0.061 a year earlier, payable Sept. 18 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 1.
