Singapore's CapitaLand C-REIT to raise $294 million in Shanghai listing

Aug 27 (Reuters) - Singapore-based CapitaLand Commercial C-REIT plans to raise 2.1 billion yuan ($293.59 million) through the issuance of 400 million units as part of its upcoming listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its parent CapitaLand Investment CAPN.SI said on Wednesday.

The listing has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), CapitaLand Investment added.
