DeFi Development (DFDV) said Monday it signed subscription agreements to raise $125 million in a stock and warrants offering.

Shares sank 19.6% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 4.6 million from a daily average of about 2.4 million.

Connexa Sports Technologies (YYAI) and JuCoin Capital Pte, a cryptocurrency exchange in Asia, have signed a $500 million agreement to jointly establish a cryptocurrency exchange to "bridge the physical and digital worlds."

The parties have also signed a memorandum of understanding to launch USDR, a new stablecoin in Asia, and to co-develop innovative stablecoin infrastructure and digital asset services.

Shares slumped 18% as intraday trading volume rose to over 399,000 from a daily average of about 929,000.

Valneva (VALN) shares sank 19% amid heavy trading intraday after the vaccine company said Monday the US Food and Drug Administration has suspended its license for IXCHIQ in the country, effective immediately, due to "serious adverse events" related to chikungunya-like illness.

More than 317,000 shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 44,000.
