Westport Fuel Systems (WPRT) appointed Elizabeth Owens as chief financial officer following the resignation of William Larkin, effective immediately.

Larkin will remain in an advisory role through Sept. 15 to ensure a smooth transition, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Owens most recently served as vice president of finance and tax at Westport.
