NovaBay Pharmaceuticals (NBY) declared late Tuesday a special cash dividend of $0.80 a share, payable Sept. 29 to holders of record Sept. 15.

Shares surged 79% intraday as trading volume catapulted to over 131.6 million from a daily average of roughly 3.4 million.

MongoDB (MDB) shares surged 35% after the database software maker lifted its full-year outlook on the back of stronger-than-expected fiscal Q2 results.

More than 14.8 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of roughly 2.5 million.

Jinxin Technology (NAMI) said its artificial intelligence-backed learning glasses that are being co-developed with MICROLUMIN are scheduled to hit the market in Q4 and are expected to generate "tens of millions of U.S. dollars in sales."

Shares surged 50% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 42.6 million from a daily average of about 94,000.
