Shares of Macquarie Technology Group (ASX:MAQ) fell around 10% in recent Thursday trade after the company reported late Wednesday fiscal year 2025 earnings of AU$1.344 per share, up from AU$1.341 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$1.39.
Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$369.6 million, compared with AU$363.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$370.7 million.
The company expects marginal growth in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for fiscal year 2026, with group capital expenditure forecast between AU$206 million and AU$234 million.
